Our favorite part of the day was Sunset. We would all travel down to the Sunset Lounge where we would have cocktails (or sprites and cherries) and snack on edamame and plantain chips with mango chutney. We did this every night before dinner. Sunsets and breakfast were two of my favorite things at the Vicaroy.
