Instead of a dog food diet, Hannah is currently loving bananas! Cheerios, chicken, beans and rice, pasta, and cinnamon apples. We are working on getting in 3 good meals a day. I am not sure if I have already talked about this on my blog or not, but Hannah weaned herself from breastfeeding last weekend. She decided that biting was fun (followed by a laugh in response to my scream!) and was just no longer interested in nursing. I was disappointed and tried for 3 days with the same response. I am proud of myself for nursing this long, and I guess I am thankful that her teeth came in later than early. Nursing came really easy to me, it wasn't something that I "loved" but I loved knowing that my baby was getting the very best possible. Supplementing formula is sooooooo much easier, but I am looking forward to being able to nurse my next baby (in a few years!). Also, in less than 2 months Hannah will be on whole milk! We are transitioning from the bottle to a sippy cup and she LOVES to drink from straws. Taking her out to eat has become even more fun because she is such a good eater. Today we ate at Dos Compadres (we eat there every Sunday and at least another time during the week) and Hannah ate an entire plate of beans and rice plus several pieces of chicken. She is such a big girl!

I wonder when we will have to get a gate too. B/c Oscar will definitely need his own space when GA starts crawling.
