Septemberfest

Hannah got a "mamo" balloon
Steph got to hang out with all of the kids while Janai and I stood in line for Elmo balloons

Braden and Baryn had their faces painted while we sat under the tent and snacked.

Baryn had her face painted like Tinkerbell

Brody loved the whole petting zoo!

Hannah was a little bit scared of the bunnies

Today was Midland's Annual Septemberfest. I can only remember not going to Septemberfest the years I lived away from Midland. This year, I was really brave and took both kids in the rain by myself. Well, not entirely by myself, I had A LOT of help from my very sweet friends! They all have 2 kids and are pro's! So, the three of us (Daddy was hunting), Janai and the boys, The Earls, and The Browns, all headed out for fun in the rain. We had a great time but let me tell you... 8 kids and 3 double strollers are a lot of people! We started out in the petting zoo. Hannah was timid at first but later warmed up to the animals. That was until a sheep "baaaaad" at her and you would have thought it had bitten her. We had to leave after that. We got an Elmo balloon from the balloon man and ate hand dipped corn dogs, fries, funnel cake, and lemonade. Hudson was a trooper sleeping in his car seat nearly the whole time. We had a great time and THANK YOU FRIENDS for making it possible for me to go :)
