Today was Hannie's Easter party at school. I arrived a little early and the Easter Bunny was there. Of course my scaredy cat was hiding behind her teacher crying! She wouldn't go near him. Not even when I held her.
The class headed out the courtyard for their egg hunt. Not only was it such a change from last year but these kids could really get those eggs! They ran from egg to egg grabbing them out from under another kids hand! Hannah, my poor sweet daughter got very few eggs. As soon as she would see one, someone else would run and grab it. She didn't run. Maybe we should practice for this weekend? She may not get many on Saturday either but at least at our house she won't have to beat anyone else to them (this year!)
After our egg hunt we went inside for snacks. Its so funny how much these kids have grown in a year and we are thankful Hannah goes to such a wonderful school.
