School Egg Hunts

Tuesday the kids had their Easter Egg hunts and parties at school. I had Hannah and Hudson practice beforehand so they would at least try to get more than one egg. My children just don't have the aggressive competitive spirit that I do. Maybe it is a good thing!

We started out with Hudson's class in the morning. Most of these kids are 18 months or older and most are second (or third) child but none of them cared much about finding the eggs. Much different from Hannah's class, even at that age. Maybe they knew there wasn't anything in them, I don't know but they sure did look cute! When Hannah was in this baby class they were all so much younger. Hannah was maybe 15 months and most barely walking. Some of our little friends on the way to the patio. They were really disappointed to have to get out of the buggy. They would have rather gone on a ride than hunt eggs.

My big boy

This blue "ball" looks nice. Hudson calls the eggs balls. Hannah did that too.

This is Huddy's girlfriend Becca, she loves him!

Here is his number one girlfriend, his Mommy!

Showing another one of his girls his eggs. Watch out because Culley will steal them!

Enjoying the icing off the cupcake before he grabbed it all with his hand and rubbed in around his hands like it was lotion.

Then it was Hannah's turn. Her egg hunt was in the afternoon and in the sand box! These kids are fast and good at this by now! These eggs had good stuff in them too!

Stopping to go through her eggs in the middle of the hunt. I guess she thought she had enough and needed to see what was them.

How cute is the snack that Vickie brought?

Hannah has loved her teachers! Ms. Christina and Ms. Allison. Both of these girls have daughters Hannah's age so we will continue to get to see them!

Our babies are growing up! This class (most have been together since before they were one) will be breaking up next year. Several kids are going on to different schools for preschool, some are staying here for preschool and some are going to stay in the CDO program. We are so fortunate to have such a great class with great Mommy's too. We will continue to see all of the friends as they grow up together!
