New Picture Update

We have been pretty busy the last couple of weeks. I am not sure what we have been doing besides working, taking call, going to Mothers Day Out, getting well checks, etc. etc.! The weather has been beautiful and I got some cute pictures of Hannah playing outside last weekend.

Easter 2009

Easter 2008 - What a baby she was!!!

We had a really nice Easter this year. Stuart and I spent the majority of the day doing some Spring cleaning! I packed up 6 whole boxes of girl clothes and accessories sizes 0-12 months to send to my friend E who is having a girl 2 weeks before me! It was so nice to get Hannah's closet cleaned out but also sad to look back and see these itty bitty clothes that she just wore!

Who lets their daughter wear Christmas PJ's on Easter???

The Easter Bunny came this year, but we don't understand that yet.

The Easter Bunny brought me these cool glasses!

I had my first popsicle for dessert

It was "mmmmmmm"
I loved it so much Mimi gave me a second one!

Baby Boy Yeager

Here is a new sonogram pic of our growing boy. He is growing so big that you can't see his whole body in one picture anymore. So far, everything seems to be looking good. We are thankful for good reports from the doctor. He is very active these days and Mommy loves feeling him move. Hannah still has no idea what we are talking about!

Easter Egg Hunt

Ready to hunt eggs!
I found a pink one!

A shiny green one!

I am good at this!

Hannah's Mothers Day Out Class

Hannah and George

Daddy came too!

My best friend Lillian!

Hannah had her Easter party and Easter egg hunt at school on Tuesday. The kids were adorable and did so good! The mommies laid out all of the eggs in the grass and the 7 kids came out with their baskets and collected them putting them in their baskets. We topped off the morning with some Easter cookies back in the room!

Like Daddy, Like Daughter

I hope my children develop the same love for reading that their Daddy has.

Spring Time!

The weather is getting warmer, we are wearing more 18 month clothes, our hair is growing (we love pigtails!), and Mommy's belly is growing!
I didn't intentionally take a picture of Hannah's dog but since "dog" has now made an appearance on my blog, I guess I better tell you about him.
My Grandmother loves to buy Hannah stuff every time we go to Niemans. One trip after a yummy lunch at the Mariposa Cafe on the 3rd floor we did some shopping in the kids section and she wanted to buy Hannah this stuffed dog that has a whined up music box in it. I put it in Hannah's crib because I thought it was cute, and eventually she started to cuddle with it while she slept. She gets in her crib, grabs the dog, puts her thumb in her mouth and lays her head down on the dog and goes to sleep. Somehow, the winder upper came off and it doesn't play music anymore but Hannah still loves to cuddle with it! (Even though it is somewhat hard due to the music box inside it...) We travel with the dog and sometimes even take it in the car for comfort. My last trip to Dallas Grandma bought her a "back up" dog! This one looks a lot cleaner and works but I know one day we may need to use this back up!

Broken Camera

My new and really nice camera is broken. The flash is broken and I had to send it in from a camera store in Dallas last weekend. I still have my old camera but until I get my good one back... (In 4 weeks!) there will not be too many pics.

Last weekend, after trying to recover all week from Disney, I took Hannah to Dallas to see her Great Grandmothers. This is only the second time that I have driven alone with Hannah and this time was much easier now that she is walking. This time, when I had to make a bathroom stop, I could put her down and instruct her not to touch anything so I could use the bathroom! Our trips down and back were uneventful and Hannah enjoyed her movies. We recently purchased "Elmo's Potty Time" and are getting "acquainted" with the potty. It is my goal to have her potty trained before Baby Boy comes in August.
It was great to see my grandmother and we enjoyed visiting. Hannah entertained Grandma, Aunt Harriet, and her favorite, Uncle Barry. She slept well and was very good the whole weekend. We were treated Saturday to my very favorite, Neiman Marcus, for lunch!!! and then another wonderful home-cooked meal by Uncle Barry that night. Sunday I made a Central Market run before heading West to visit Stuart's grandmother and Uncle! We had a very nice but too short visit with them and Hannah was pretty shy. She did however warm up to Uncle Ricky's two Westies!
Hannah's vocabulary is constantly expanding daily. She is saying "Up" to get up, "Thank You", bath, Ducky, car... in addition to all the others that she has been saying. Its amazing to watch her repeat what we say.
Hannah had a check up for her ear tubes on Tuesday that went really well and and Friday night Kristan came over while Stuart and I went to the Junior League fundraiser, Buck Shot Bash. We had a nice time out ourselves. Today Stuart participated in the clay shoot while Hannah and I went to our friend Mckenzie's 4th birthday party.

Congratulations!

Congratulations Susie and Jason!
Aunt Susie and Uncle Jason got engaged today!!! We are so excited for them both!
